The new season of the Inclusive Hockey League (IHL) is just around the corner, and we’re excited to bring new and exciting additions. For the first time, we're expanding to five teams, bringing you more action and opportunities on the ice. With this expansion comes scheduled bye weeks, a revamped playoff format, and most importantly, more availability for new players to join. We're also introducing monthly social events after games to build our community spirit off ice. Review the details below before registering—and see you on the ice!

  • Registration opens on Sunday, July 21 at 2:00 PM on LeagueApps (link below; disregard registration open date on LeagueApps website).

  • It will be on a first-come, first-served basis and open to returning players from previous IHL seasons, as well as new players who attended an evaluation skate this summer or received a waiver from the IHL Committee.

  • Season will consist of 5 teams with 15 skaters and 1 goalie each. We expect player registration to quickly fill. A waitlist will automatically begin once cap is reached.

REGISTRATION

  • The fall season starts on September 8 and runs through January 19.

  • Games will be Sundays at 7:30 and 8:30 PM at Cronin Skating Rink in Revere, MA.

  • Playoffs will take place on January 8, 12, and 19. Attendance is mandatory for playoff games.

  • There will be no games on December 22 and December 29.

  • Each team will have three bye weeks throughout the season.

  • Players should commit to attending most games, as team attendance is crucial for a successful season. If you expect to miss more than three regular season games, consider joining the substitute list for occasional absences.
